Judith Clark

Judith has rich experience of working with SFIA from version 5 through to the current version. Judith leads Lexonis SFIA consulting projects and provides advice, guidance and support to clients who are adopting the framework. Deliverables typically include developing SFIA-based job roles for clients, managing version migrations and configuring Lexonis skills management software for SFIA skills assessment and validation.

Judith also develops Lexonis content which supports our SFIA consulting solutions. This content ranges from SFIA-mapped job profiles and descriptions that include management and leadership competencies, to interview questions, learning and development suggestions and career paths; she also develops competency frameworks for other industry sectors.
