The Australian Public Service Commission has purchased a whole-of-country SFIA licence. This means that SFIA can be used free of any (licence) fees by:

• all individuals within Australia for their own skills and competency development
• all public sector entities* within the country
• all private sector entities wholly-owned within the countermand whose principal place of business is within the country
