Robbyn designed and built various talent development models, for corporate clients, for their own consumption and for specialised training providers. Her deep understanding of HR, L&D, OD, IT and with a consultative approach, she has been able to create non-traditional effective strategic people solutions.

She has a fairly unique background, the 1st 15 years as a hard-core software engineer, architect and project executive in large corporate environments, then set up an IT consulting business, which was acquired 2 years later, and the next 10 years were in the IT consulting & solutions development undertaken from an executive position. After making several acquisitions, listing on the local stock exchange, and ultimately on the board of the listed entity.
