#1298 IT Infrastructure ITOP skill change request accepted

In the general description of the ITOP skill, in the Italian version is stated that it consists in "Il funzionamento ed il controllo". "Funzionamento" is not a skill, rather it is an outcome. In my opinion, "Mantenere il funzionamento", "Ottenere la continuità di servizio" or a similar statement would reflect more clearly the aim of the skill
