#1279 Introduce Level 3 for SALE skill change request accepted
SALE skill starts on level 4 and level 3 can be useful.
Designing IT Sales representative job description I detected that is needed one level lover to facilitate description of starting position in IT Sales. Trided to close this using SSUP skill, but SSUP has other focus. Experimented also with other skills: REQM, PROD, but not working.
Beause i think that introducing Level 3 for SALE skill can be aceptable solution.
