I have some sympathy with this request, as it looks like we use the term "audit" in the overall description, but in the level descriptions we're really talking about monitoring or reviewing service provision - which isn't really audit, it's just checking the quality of service delivery. So I think we should remove reference to audits in SLMO, and not add preparing for or supporting audits in SLMO. Having a quick look at CORE, we already include service in the overall description, so I don't think any changes are necessary there.

I agree with you Matthew, we should remove reference to audits in SLMO.
