#58 Review each skill description to establish if it should reflect the SaaS change request accepted

With an increased focus on the end user (general public), consider each skill description to see if it should reflect the need to include the "service" element of the skill as all participants in delivery need to consider and often work with the end user.

In a more Agile environment interaction with the user continuously requires a more service approach - understanding and adapting to the "changing" requirements of the user and taking into account the broader needs of providing a "total solution" that includes all phases of design/build and run - everyone needs to be able to consider what it means for the user. perhaps consider this in the generic skills more openly?

Modern applications need to be simple and intuitive to use and need minimum training for the user. This means the whole service must address simplicity and ease of use.

Current status of this request: accepted

What we changed

A number of skill descriptions have been broadened to systems, services and products to reflect this.
