[1] Redundant, but if used it should not be enclosed in brackets

[2] The sentence can be read as: the person is applying the methodologies - but in this context it needs to be clear that that person is merely directing how the methodologies will be applied

[3] This is a “dog’s breakfast”, and I’ve never heard of a “risk dependency”

[4] In keeping with the PMBOK Guide and PRINCE2

[5] No point in maintaining them if you aren’t going to use them.

[6] A “cost” may not be expended

[7] A Project Manager manages “risk” (i.e. overall project risk); the team manages “risks” (individual risk items). Compare with Level 7 description. The remainder of the sentence is redundant (and poor grammar)

[8] Too vague. This might mean signed off by the Team Manager, Project Manager, or even team member’s mother.

[9] Tolerances normally have an upper and lower limit. If a variable approaches e.g. the upper limit, it is still “within tolerance”, but has “deviated from” the agreed lower tolerance.
