The selection and use of skills/capability frameworks can be an important part of executing organisation design work.

Suggest reference is made to this in the skill level descriptions and/or guidance notes - have proposed minor changes to level 6, level 5 and a proposed level 4 for this skill.

Proposed change applies to Organisation design and implementation
