#1385 CORE SUPP overlaps change request accepted

there are overlaps between Supplier Management and CORE (independent appraisal)

this needs to be reviewed such that there is a clear division between CORE appraisal of goods and services supplied and SUPP assurance of goods and services supplied at management level - language is currently insufficiently clear.

There may also be overlaps between other Quality/Audit/Assurance/Testing related skill sets.
