#1394 Addition of Level 3 to VISL change request accepted
The Data Technician Apprenticeship standard (Level 3, Standard Reference ST0795) defines a set of competencies for data visualisation at lower levels that in SFIA 7.

Statements from the standard to consider adding as a VISL-2/3 skill are:
- Sources and combines data from a collection of identified trusted sources and formats to explore its relevance for business needs.
- Collates and formats data to facilitate processing and presents for review and analysis by others.
- Analyses simple and complex structured and unstructured data and validates the results using various techniques.
- Collaborates with others to create value from data and communicate results using varied media tailoring message for the audience
