#1445 ETMG Add reference to skills/capability framework change request accepted
The selection and use of skills/capability frameworks can be an important part of learning and development.
In some - but not all - organisations L&D will be responsible for selecting / introducing appropriate skills/capability frameworks. Suggest reference is made to this in the guidance notes.
