SFIA 7 - The global common language for skills and competencies available in your language
Current Status
Since 2000 SFIA has been the global common language for skills and competencies for the ICT, Software Engineering and Digital Transformation Professionals. As global usage has increased, the SFIA Framework has been translated into an increasing number of languages - driven by the user base.

While the SFIA Framework is simple, generic and universally applicable, it is, nonetheless, a technical document. It cannot be translated simply by pushing it through 'Google Translate'. We use a mix of professional translators and native speaking SFIA users from the global community in varying capacities.
