Specialist SFIA training syllabus
SFIA can underpin all skills and competency development activities. Specialist SFIA Training is intended to provide greater insight into using SFIA for these specialist activities.
The SFIA Foundation accredits Specialist SFIA Training, this includes:
- Role Profile Development - under development
- Skills and Competency Assessor Training
- Others to be developed as necessary
These courses will provide the knowledge necessary and hands-on experience, through exercises and discussion, to apply the SFIA Framework for the specialist activity. Subsequent extensive practice within a real-world scenario will establish competence in applying SFIA.
