Rohan Joshi

Rohan's first success with SFIA in 2008 was the restructuring of the shared group IT services centre (ITC) for Dubai World (Nakheel, DP World, Jafza) a Dubai Government owned multi-industry organisation where he was Director of Applications and Project/Program and Resource Management (PMO). He has since then also used SFIA at organisations like Abu Dhabi Government, Emirates Airline in the IT skills and resourcing context.

Over the last 12 years, Rohan has been driving the implementation of Cloud solutions and technology in the Software/ Platform/Infrastructure As A Service context (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS) in leading accounts such as Dubai Holding, Alshaya, Emirates and CLP through which he has gained critical experience of shifts in resourcing strategy, organisation structures and skills balance needed to support the new hybrid target operating models for IT and Business Partnerships and Continuity.

Rohan has direct experience from a business and IT context spanning Retail, Aviation, Real Estate (Leasing and Sales), Leisure, Hospitality, Utilities, Public Sector, Justice, Logistics, Shipping, Manufacturing.
