What we decided
Accepted into overall review of SFIA's readability.
Points to consider..
- SFIA is used in many different ways by many different people and orgs
- what works for some doesn't work for others
- concerns have been raised that a bullet points may suggest a "check list" approach to skills and competency assessment
- bullet points/html don't work well with excel sheets. Many people use the Excel sheets as their source for data
- SFIA is developing an API - which has similar constraints with bullet points/html
