Should AI fluency be expressed as a SFIA business skill / behavioural factor?

The proposition is that AI fluency/literacy is becoming a cross-cutting professional capability comparable to existing attributes such as digital fluency (DIGI). It is relevant across many SFIA skills rather than tied to a specific role.

This connects to the wider review of SFIA's generic attributes and business skills/behavioural factors. It may be a complement to, or substitute for, coverage through new skills.
