#1485 New skill for Service Design change request deferred

Service Design (both IT Service Mangement, and broader customer-facing service design) need a skill. It's not properly covered by ARCH, BPRE, SCMG, or ORDI although these skills might touch on aspects of this.

Agree that service design is emerging as a new discipline. Some of the skills within service design are adequately covered by existing skills (business architecture, consultancy, customer experience), but I think the core service design skill isn't adequately covered.
