#1483 New skill for Operations Technology change request deferred
Current skills (e.g. ITOP) are focussed on information technology ('IT'). We are seeing more requests for operations technology ('OT') management skills (e.g. building management systems, industrial control systems), and with the increase of IoT a blending of IT and OT.
