SFIA may not currently address skills for interpreting and applying legislation in sufficient depth
The capability to interpret, apply and comply with legislation and regulation was raised as an area for review. Examples include EU and UN AI regulations, public sector legal interpretation, and general legislative awareness across levels of responsibility.
Is there a case for a new skill, or would the need be better addressed through enhanced guidance on existing skills or another approach?
