#1597 Consider a new skill outlining Business Planning change request pending
Currently we are facing a new gap that has been identified within our business. We are shifting the model and much work is being repositioned to BAU versus project work.
The gap, people are still saying the need Project Managers, why? Because they want someone to co-ordinate planning/tracking of work streams. The gap could be address with a new skill outlining Business Planning (the translation of strategic planning into BAU execution) The project management and delivery skills are too strongly focus in delivery, product services.
