SFIA 10 webinar and on-line workshops — Your chance to influence the future of SFIA

Development of SFIA 10 is underway, and we want the community's input from the start. We're running a series of online workshops to identify the themes and priorities that should shape the next version of the framework.

Each session will include a short overview of the SFIA 10 development process, followed by an opportunity to contribute your perspective alongside peers from across the SFIA community and help shape the direction of SFIA 10. We will use your input to inform the Design Authority's decisions on the scope of SFIA 10.

Who should attend

  • We welcome input from individuals, employers, technical specialists, industry leaders, and SFIA Accredited Consultants and Practitioners. You don't need to be a SFIA expert—your perspective is valuable whether you're a seasoned practitioner or exploring SFIA for the first time.

What you need to know

  • Sessions will be available across multiple time zones to support global participation.

  • There's no pressure to speak. You can share your ideas by typing during the session, speak aloud, or simply join to listen and learn about what's coming in SFIA 10. All contributions matter equally.

  • English doesn't need to be your first language. We encourage participation from the global SFIA community, and we're here to listen to your ideas however you express them.

  • We want to hear it all—big themes and small ideas, changes to what's in the framework and how it's consumed, things that matter now and things to consider for the longer term.

  • Registered participants will receive a short guide beforehand to help you organise your thoughts. You're welcome to submit ideas in advance if you'd like, but it's not required.
