Innovation: Levels 1-4

This skill is not typically observed when working at these levels of responsibility.

Innovation: Level 5

Actively monitors for, and seeks, opportunities, new methods, trends, capabilities and products to the advancement of the organisation. Clearly articulates, and formally reports potential benefits from both structural and incremental change. Encourages and motivates colleagues to share creative ideas and learn from failures.

Innovation: Level 6

Recognises potential strategic application of information technology capabilities. Initiates and manages investigation and development of innovative methods, practices and technology, to the benefit of organisations and the community. Plays an active and dynamic role in improving the interface between all interested parties, facilitating knowledge flow to enable sharing and development of creative ideas.

Innovation: Level 7

This skill is not typically observed when working at this level of responsibility.
