SFIAの使用およびライセンス

重要:SFIAの利用にはライセンスが必要です

The SFIA Foundation maintains and publishes SFIA under license. In many cases, internal use for personal career development and staff management can be used free of charge by obtaining a free user license on the SFIA Foundation website. Other uses require different types of licenses and may incur reasonable costs.

Unless you have a special billing license from the SFIA Foundation, the following uses are prohibited:

  • use SFIA to assist in the sale and marketing of products and services;
  • Using SFIA for external authentication or credentials
  • Use SFIA for advertising by companies, organisations and organisations, including in the tariff; redistribute this document to other organisations (including affiliates) in electronic or printed form;
  • Use SFIA in large, distributed organisations
  • Translating SFIA into another language and distributing it

Individual licenses are available for large-scale SFIA use. This is particularly attractive when countries want to use SFIA's global common reference model as the basis for their large skills and competency initiatives. The license includes:

  • Public Sector Licensing
  • Country-wide licensing

As a non-profit organization, the SFIA Foundation seeks no commercial benefits beyond its subsistence needs. All proceeds received will be used to develop, maintain, and make available the framework and to support adoption by organizations and individuals around the world through a global ecosystem. The SFIA Foundation's license terms reflect that the SFIA Foundation's intellectual property certainly has value, so it seeks that protection through very modest fee arrangements for those who profit commercially from its use. The SFIA Foundation does not generate substantial revenue and has a very modest operational capacity supported by SFIA users, trainers, consultants and partners around the world.

The governance of the SFIA Foundation is provided by a respected organisation or professional body and all information is available through the SFIA website. www.sfia-online.org
