Использование и лицензирование SFIA
Важно: для использования SFIA необходима лицензия
The SFIA Foundation supports and disseminates SFIA using the licensing system. For personal career development and for most internal HR management purposes, SFIA is available free of charge. Other uses may require different licenses, which may incur a small fee.
Unless you have a specific paid licence from the SFIA Foundation, the following uses of SFIA are prohibited:
- using SFIA to support sales or marketing of a product or service;
- using SFIA for external certification or proof of authority
- the use of SFIA to promote a company or other organisation or party, including in quotations; redistribution of these materials in electronic or printed form to any other organization (even if it is an affiliated organization);
- the use of SFIA in a large distributed organisation;
- translating SFIA into another language or language variant and distributing that version.
Separate licensing is available for SFIA's large-scale use. This is particularly attractive when a country wants to use SFIA's global common reference model as the basis for its wide-ranging skills and competence development initiatives. Licensing includes:
- License for the entire public sector
- License for the whole country
As a not-for-profit organisation, the SFIA Foundation does not seek commercial benefits beyond its needs. All proceeds are used to develop, maintain, and ensure the availability of the framework and support its implementation by organizations and individuals around the world through a global ecosystem. Our licensing terms reflect that our intellectual property does have value, so we are committed to protecting it through a very modest fee for those who benefit commercially from its use. The SFIA Foundation does not generate significant revenue and has very modest operational capabilities supported by SFIA's users, trainers, consultants and partners around the world.
The SFIA Foundation is managed by reputable organisations or professional bodies and all information can be obtained on the SFIA website – www.sfia-online.org
