#1549 Updates to Employee Experience (EEXP) change request pending

Ensure Employee Experience (EEXP) has a clear purpose distinct from Performance Management (PEMT)

Onboarding new members into the team could be included here.
Some aspects of this might be a normal part of Performance Management (PEMT) - it would be useful to be clear when EEXP should be added, otherwise we could just combine them.
