#1500 Rename Innovation (INOV) to Innovation Management change request pending
Rename Innovation (INOV) to Innovation Management. Add lower levels also.
Suggest renaming as Innovation Management as it's not about being innovative but about the practice of facilitating and managing innovation
Add a level 4 version of this for those who don't have the accountability but are take a lot of responsibility for enabling this (e.g. facilitating the innovation pipeline)
Would like to see a level 3 and 4 here - innovation as an execution is something we expect at all levels of seniority
