#1506 Refresh Consultancy (CNSL) levels 4/6/7 change request pending
Ensure level-based expectations are consistent with levels of responsibility
Level 6 can read like operational management of level 5, but doesn't align with LoRs at level 6. E.g. their engagement with clients will often be at a strategic level, leaving operational matters for engagements to level 5. A lot is expected from CNSL 4 - perhaps too much with quite a bit of overlap with CNSL 5.
Level 7 - feels like a minimalist job description that doesn't align with other level 7 skills.
