#1486 New skill for Graphical Design change request pending
This was covered to some degree by previous versions of HCEV but now there is no longer a good skill for this.
Lower levels of this skill might cover a print-room operator adjusting layouts and images. Higher levels of this skill might have parallels to HCEV and include reference to applying appropriate creative techniques to meet requirements
