#1509 Add level 5 for Programme Management (PGMG) and clarify project vs programme change request pending
Recognise smaller scope programmes and clarify which model or models SFIA is leaning on.
What is SFIA's definition of a programme? (PMP and Prince2 have differing definitions)
There is a case for level 5 where the programmes are a portfolio of projects & business change focussed on operational change. That would level 6 for more strategy change.
