Levels

Technical specialism: Levels 1-3

This skill is not typically observed when working at these levels of responsibility.

Technical specialism: Level 4

Maintains knowledge of specific specialisms, provides detailed advice regarding their application and executes specialised tasks. The specialism can be any area of information or communication technology, technique, method, product or application area.

Technical specialism: Level 5

Maintains an in-depth knowledge of specific specialisms, and provides expert advice regarding their application. Can supervise specialist consultancy. The specialism can be any aspect of information or communication technology, technique, method, product or application area.

Technical specialism: Level 6

Provides organisational leadership and guidelines to promote the development and exploitation of specialist knowledge in the organisation.

Technical specialism: Level 7

This skill is not typically observed when working at this level of responsibility.
